Chris Lee
B.Comm, Accounting
After more than a decade of experience working in property management, Chris founded Squire to fill a major gap in the industry. He set out to create a modern, people-first approach and continues to lead our team as we redefine what property management can be.
As vice-chair of Rental Housing Saskatchewan, he’s committed to creating a lasting impact and pushing the industry forward. When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, building spreadsheets for fun, or scrolling Facebook Marketplace.

Emily Dilecce

With a sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for creativity, Emily keeps our operations running smoothly and our team organized. After moving from Ontario, she’s fully embraced the prairie lifestyle and everything Saskatoon has to offer.
She brings a strong mix of real estate experience, digital marketing, communication, and problem-solving skills to the table - along with an unexpected interest in skateboarding. Emily adds energy, enthusiasm, and a smile to everything she works on.

Jo Eggleston

Jo made Saskatoon his home four years ago after completing studies at the University of Utah and the University of Oregon, and spending time as a doctoral candidate at UBC. From helping tenants solve issues to building strong relationships with owners, Jo brings patience, care, and a steady presence.
In the office, Jo is known for his perfectly crafted morning coffees, plant-dad energy, and uncanny ability to track down hidden chocolate. Outside of work, you’ll find him performing with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra or hanging out with his two cats.

With a background in real estate and a natural gift for customer service, Meagan keeps our short-term rentals running like clockwork. Originally from Yorkton, she’s settled into Saskatoon life with the same energy and enthusiasm she brings to every guest interaction.
After nine years of competitive cheer, she’s no stranger to hustle, teamwork, or staying cool under pressure. Whether she’s troubleshooting on the fly, adding her quick sense of humour to the office, or squeezing in a lake weekend, Meagan is always on the move and always bringing her best.
