We’re proud to have a reliable in-house maintenance team ready to handle day-to-day repairs quickly and efficiently. For larger or specialized jobs, we tap into our well-connected network of trusted local vendors all of whom offer quality service at preferred rates we've negotiated.

  • Tenants contact us directly for maintenance 

  • Access to trusted local trades with preferred pricing

  • Repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards at the lowest possible cost

  • Seasonal services available: fall water shutoffs, sprinkler blowouts, snow clearing (extra charges apply)

  • Annual smoke and carbon monoxide alarm testing included

  • Maintenance approval threshold set for transparency

Management Software

We use a cloud-based software program, an excellent tool for us to keep residents and owners up to date with real-time information.

  • Residents use our portal to request maintenance, view their account details, and stay in touch

  • Owners may access the portal for real-time updates on maintenance, finances, and more

  • Maintenance issues we can’t handle in-house are automatically sent to trusted contractors for fast resolution​
