Prior approval from the Board and adherence to condominium bylaws is necessary for keeping a pet in your unit. Without written approval from the Board, no animal, snake, reptile, livestock, fowl, or any pet can reside in your unit or on common property.
Pets must be taken off the property for walks, and dogs cannot be left unattended on patios or balconies to cause disturbance through barking. Proper disposal of cat litter and dog feces in a tied plastic bag directly in the garbage receptacles is required to avoid any odours.

Any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility as an owner or tenant. City bylaws regarding animals are applicable to the common property, and to avoid monetary penalties of up to $250, pets must be licensed, pet droppings must be immediately picked up, excessive barking will be treated as noise complaints, and all pets must be on a handheld leash no longer than six feet and kept under control outside the owner’s residence.
Condominium have read the above rules and regulations pertaining to my pet(s) listed below and agree to abide by them at all times. I have also read and understand the attached pet policy specifically pertaining to my condominium. I understand that failure to comply may result in loss of pet privileges.
